2 hour class schedule
6:30-7:00 welcome qigong warm-ups
7:00-7:15 practice Dayan Qigong
7:15-7:40 tea ceremony and discussion
7:40-8:10 teach individual forms (1-64 to be covered during 13 week class)
8:10-8:30 closing meditation

Wild Goose Qigong Instructional Classes
Our instructional courses provide formal training of the 64-movement Dayan (Wild Goose) Qigong first set form. Courses are designed for both new and returning students and open to all ages and abilities. Each class covers 4-5 new movements, along with tai chi warm-up exercises, acupressure self-massage, and meditation. Students have the opportunity for one-on-one coaching, combined with group learning in a safe and supportive environment.

Kathryn Langstaff and Lita Buttolph invite you to participate in 5 part series to Awaken Your Heart. We offer this evening practicum in response to our students who miss our class tea time discussion and for anyone interested in learning about the Heart meridian and Wild Goose Qigong. In these 2 hour evening sessions invited speakers will discuss Chinese Medicine and other wisdom practices relating to the Heart. Participants will be guided in qigong warm ups and practice the 64 movements of Wild Goose Qigong to open, strengthen and bring joy to our Heart!
No experience in qigong required
All levels of mobility will be accommodated

Practice Classes
Our practice classes allow current practitioners and new students to embody the Wild Goose Qigong form without the detailed instruction of the form. An excellent way to begin and continue this practice for those who wish to experience the overall flow of the Wild Goose Qigong form. Classes include instructor-led taiji warm-ups, acupressure self-massage, meditation and the first set of Wild Goose Qigong.
New practice class for 1st Set and 2nd Set of Dayan Qigong conning soon!
(1 year practice of the 1st set of Dayan Qigong is required)
