Radiant Lotus Women's Qigong

Saturdays 9 -10 am (PST)
@ the Milwaukie Studio

New and returning students welcome!
Radiant Lotus Women's Qigong was created to help women cultivate balance, activate healing, and nurture empowerment.  This gentle practice releases blockages in the body's meridians, organs, joints, and tissues. Graceful movements enable life-force energy to flow smoothly through the body and radiate into all aspects of life.  Together we will discover a deeper level of health and well-being as we learn how to reduce our stress level and increase natural energy as we harmonize body, mind, and emotions.

Join Kathryn and fellow qigong teachers and students for a series of new moon meditations to share in a community of practice and a deep well of acceptance.  Meditation is an important component to qigong practice.  Learn to cultivate stillness and peace as you practice with a group of fellow practitioners.  Come ready to meditate for 30 minutes, followed by optional tea and discussion for those who seek a connection and are inspired by community interaction.  Over the course of 4 sessions, we will adjust the meditation and reflection times and increase your ability to meditate.

Cost: Single drop-in $15-$25 (sliding scale), complete series $40-$80 (sliding scale)

Practice Classes
Our practice classes allow current practitioners and new students to embody the Wild Goose Qigong form without the detailed instruction of the form. An excellent way to begin and continue this practice for those who wish to experience the overall flow of the Wild Goose Qigong form. Classes include instructor-led taiji warm-ups, acupressure self-massage, meditation and the first set of Wild Goose Qigong.
